As such, it is imperative that we keep our leg muscles in the best shape we can, making sure to keep them properly strengthened.</p>
<p>This is important because when you stop to think about it, we rely on our legs to provide us with all of our ability to get around. If we do not exercise them regularly, then the muscles will deteriorate and they will lose a great deal of their strength, which, in turn, will increase our risk of falling and injuring ourselves as well as opening the door for disease and illness to attack our body.</p>
